VegasNow login: sign in, reset and get back to your account

Our Login button takes you to the VegasNow sign-in screen, where your registered email and password open the account you already hold. This page covers the sign-in itself, a clean password reset, what each error usually points to and how to confirm you are typing your details into a genuine VegasNow page. Accounts are for adults aged 18 and over.

The VegasNow sign-in, summarised

Most sign-in trouble comes down to one of three things: the wrong page, the wrong details, or an account status that no password can change. The table helps you work out which one you are facing.

Four steps from our Login button to your VegasNow lobby

1. Press Login

Our Login button sends you to the VegasNow casino site through our casino link. The redirect only carries you there; nothing about your account has been checked yet.

2. Read the address bar

Look at the domain before you type. If it looks odd, or you reached the form from a text or a social post rather than our button, close the tab and run the checks in the next section.

3. Choose Log In

Enter your registered email and current password. A password manager helps: it offers a saved login only on the site it was saved for, so a blank suggestion on a familiar-looking page is a warning sign.

4. Confirm you are in

Your balance, the cashier and My Account appear when it works. If a message shows instead, copy its wording exactly before trying anything else.

Right email, two failed passwords? Switch to the reset. Extra guesses add nothing and muddy the timeline if you later need our team.

Is it really VegasNow? Checks before you type a password

A sign-in form is easy to copy. Logos, colours and even the padlock beside the address can appear on a page that has nothing to do with us, so these four checks ignore appearance.

The domain, letter by letter

Copycat addresses swap a single character, add a hyphen or bolt an extra word onto the brand. Read the whole domain, not only the familiar name inside it.

The licence record

The licence validator is public. It names Just Entertainment B.V. as holder and shows the domains approved under that licence, vegasnow.com included.

How you got there

Our Login button is the route we publish. A sign-in link arriving by SMS, direct message or a surprise bonus email deserves suspicion, however official it looks.

What gets asked

Our team never needs your password, a reset link or a one-time code. Whoever requests those, in a chat window, on social media or in a call, is not following our process.

The @vegasnowcasino Instagram profile is a public social channel, not a support desk. Already typed your password into a page you now doubt? Go to the genuine screen, set a new password and tell support which address you used.

Resetting a forgotten VegasNow password

The reset tool lives on the sign-in screen, so a forgotten password rarely needs a ticket:

  1. On the genuine sign-in screen, choose Log In.
  2. Select Forgot Password and type the email address registered to your account.
  3. Open the reset email and follow its link to choose a new password.
  4. Sign in with it, then update your password manager so the old entry stops appearing.

No email? Make sure you are searching the inbox the account was opened with, then look through its spam, junk and filtered folders. Write down when you asked. Requesting a fresh link every minute can leave several reset emails waiting and no clear idea which is current, so give it a little time first.

Lost the email account altogether? That is a separate problem, and the reset cannot fix it. Tell customer care you can no longer open the registered inbox and ask which recovery process and which secure channel apply. Putting a new address on the record is a job for our team alone.

When sign-in fails: reading the message on screen

Error messages are brief, but each usually points at one area: your details, your inbox, the connection or the account's status. Locate your situation below and act on that line alone.

What you seeUsually involvesYour next step

Treat it as a starting point, not a diagnosis. Only our team can see the record behind a message.

Coming back to VegasNow after a break

Returning players sometimes open a fresh account because it feels quicker than recovery. Please do not. Our terms (v2.3, 20 January 2024) permit a single account for each person except where we expressly say otherwise, and a second registration stacks a new problem on the old one. Unsure which email you used? Give support the addresses you might have chosen and let them locate the record.

Time away can change what you find once you are back in:

  • Dormancy. The English terms snapshot says an account becomes dormant once 120 days pass with no activity, after which a EUR 10 monthly fee may apply while money remains in it. A separate AU document says 12 months. Because they disagree, ask us which period governs your account.
  • Bonuses. Bonus funds last seven days from the offer, so anything credited before your break has run its course. Check the promotions area for what you can claim now; welcome stages two to four need VEGAS2, VEGAS3 or VEGAS4.
  • Verification. A request may be waiting, including further checks after an earlier review. Open the Documents area of your profile soon after signing in.

Account security habits that protect your VegasNow balance

Most takeovers start outside the casino: a reused password, a hijacked inbox, a code read out to a stranger.

  • Use a password that exists nowhere else. If it was ever used on a site that leaked, assume someone knows it.
  • Guard the registered inbox. Whoever controls it can request a reset, so give it a strong password and switch on any extra sign-in protection your email provider offers.
  • Take care on shared devices. Sign out, decline the browser's offer to remember the password and close the tab.
  • Keep codes and links private. A reset link or one-time code belongs only to the person who requested it.
  • Keep the account yours. Our terms require you to act for yourself and pay with methods in your own name. Letting someone else play, or depositing from their card, tends to surface at verification.
  • Update your phone and browser. Security fixes arrive that way.

A reset email you never requested, or activity you do not recognise? Change the password from the genuine screen and tell support what you saw and when.

Verification and KYC: what a successful login does not settle

Signing in shows you know the password. Verification, or KYC (know your customer), shows the account belongs to the person named on it. Passing one says nothing about the other.

StageWhat it establishesWhere it happens
RegistrationAn account exists with your detailsThe Join Now form
Sign-inYou hold its email and passwordThe Log In screen
VerificationThe holder matches the record and payment methodsDocuments area, on request
WithdrawalThe balance meets wagering, method and cap rulesMy Account, after verification

We may ask for verification at any time after sign-up, most often before a first withdrawal. A request might name an identity document, proof of your address or a picture of a payment card held in your name; the request itself decides, and no fixed approval date applies. Upload through the Documents area, which also shows each file's status. Uploaded is not the same as accepted, so if the status sits still, ask what is outstanding.

Social media messages and unfamiliar email addresses are never the secure route for documents. Our registration page explains how sign-up details are compared with these files.

Signing in to VegasNow on a phone or from the Home Screen

Neither Apple's App Store nor Google Play carries a VegasNow app, and we supply no APK. On a phone you use the same casino site in Safari or Chrome, with the same email and password as on a computer. Saving it to your Home Screen makes it feel like an app:

  • iPhone and iPad: in Safari, open our site through the Login button and tap Share. Choose Add to Home Screen; if Open as Web App appears, keep it on. Tap Add.
  • Android: in Chrome, open the site, tap the three-dot More menu, pick Install or the create-shortcut option (older Chrome builds call it Add to Home screen) and confirm.

Tap the new icon and check the domain it opens; if it is not ours, delete it and start again from our button. A saved web app can hold its own session apart from the browser tab, so a first sign-in inside it is expected. Change the password on your laptop and the phone icon needs the new one too: it is one account.

Any page asking you to allow "install unknown apps" for a VegasNow file is not ours. The icon also loads exactly the same pages, so it cannot get around a block on the site. Our mobile access page covers iPad layouts and browser fixes.

The VegasNow licence behind the sign-in screen

Just Entertainment B.V., registered in Curaçao as company 160603, operates the account you sign in to. It holds a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, number OGL/2024/164/0246, in force since 13 August 2024; the public validator lists its status as Active. Our licensing page sets out the record. Name that company in any formal query.

Two practical points follow. Signing in depends on meeting our terms, including the 18+ rule, not only on knowing a password. And if the login form never loads, that is a different matter from a rejected password, so record where it stops before contacting us.

Signing in because you want to stop? Deposit limits and self-exclusion are inside your account, and support can apply them for you. BetStop works across wagering providers licensed in Australia, so an exclusion from VegasNow has to be set with us. For free, confidential support, Gambling Help Online answers on 1800 858 858.

After you sign in: tasks, prerequisites and a worked example

Signing in is rarely the point. Each common task has its own conditions:

TaskWhat it needs first
DepositA method in your own name. Card or MiFinity needs A$30 at least and Cashtocode A$25; a single card deposit can reach A$10,000; each coin has its own crypto minimum. You will not find PayID, POLi or Neosurf in the AU cashier.
Claim a welcome stageThe stage code (VEGAS2, VEGAS3, VEGAS4), no other bonus running, and the higher of A$20 or the method minimum.
WithdrawVerification, your deposit turned over three times, and an amount the method accepts: between A$300 and A$6,000 by bank wire, or A$30 to A$4,000 by MiFinity. Daily, weekly and monthly caps apply, and bigger sums can arrive in instalments.
Upload a documentThe request, plus the Documents area of your profile.
Set a limit or self-excludeOnly the decision. Use the account settings or ask support.

Worked example. Say you sign back in, deposit A$90 by MiFinity and enter VEGAS2. The 100% match adds A$90 in bonus funds plus 50 free spins. Wagering is 40 times the bonus: 40 × A$90 = A$3,600. With bets capped at A$8 while the bonus is active, pokies counting at 100% need at least 450 bets to clear it. On roulette, contributing 25%, the same requirement means A$14,400 in stakes; on blackjack at 10%, A$36,000. The 50 spins unlock once the A$90 deposit has been wagered once. Separately, the account terms want A$270 of turnover on that deposit (3 × A$90) before related funds can be withdrawn.

The bonus runs on a seven-day clock from the offer, not from your next sign-in. Our withdrawals page has the full method table and caps.

What to send VegasNow support when you still cannot sign in

If the reset has not worked, open live chat on the casino site or write to support@vegasnow.com. A message that separates a browser fault from an account issue needs fewer replies. Include:

  • the account email, or every address you might have used;
  • the on-screen message, copied exactly;
  • where it stopped: before the form, after submitting, or at the reset link;
  • your device and browser, and whether you used a Home Screen icon;
  • the date, time and time zone;
  • whether the registered inbox still opens;
  • any earlier case reference.

Keep your password, any reset link, one-time codes and complete card numbers out of it. Documents go only where our team directs.

Something like this works: "Hello, my account email is [email]. Using [phone or computer, browser] at [time, time zone], sign-in fails with: [exact message]. I requested a reset at [time] and it [did / did not] arrive. I [can / cannot] still open that inbox. Previous reference: [if any]. What is the next recovery step?" Keep follow-ups in that one thread. Our support page covers payment and bonus questions too.

Sign-in habits that turn a small problem into a long one

  • Registering again instead of recovering. It breaks the one-account rule and leaves two records to untangle.
  • Signing in from a link in a message. Use our button and check the address, every time.
  • Expecting a reset to fix everything. Restrictions, self-exclusion and verification requests sit outside the password.
  • Chasing a lapsed bonus. The seven days run from the offer, and logging in later does not restart them.
  • Staking more than A$8 while a bonus runs. The sign-in screen does not remind you, yet the bonus terms of 26 February 2024 apply from the first round.
  • Letting the registered email lapse. Changing email provider? Update the account through support while the old inbox still works.
  • Posting account details publicly. Screenshots in comments or social media messages can reveal more than you mean to.

Questions about signing in to VegasNow

Is there a separate VegasNow login for mobile?

No. The same email and password work on a desktop, in Safari or Chrome on a phone and from a Home Screen shortcut. It is one account, so a password change on one device applies everywhere.

Why does my Home Screen icon ask me to sign in again?

A site saved as a web app can keep a session of its own, separate from your usual browser tab. Signing in once inside the icon is expected and is not a fault.

My reset email has not arrived. What now?

Check that you are searching the inbox the account was opened with, including spam and filtered folders, and note when you asked. If nothing turns up, give support that time and the address you entered, never your password.

Can support tell me my current password?

No, and our team will never ask for it. Set a new one from Log In, then Forgot Password. If you have lost the registered inbox, ask customer care for the recovery process instead.

I cannot remember which email I used. Should I just register again?

No. Each person may hold one account unless we expressly say otherwise. Send support the addresses you might have used and let them find the existing one.

Does a successful login mean my account is verified?

No. We may request verification later, often just before a first withdrawal. The Documents area of your profile shows any open request and its status.

Is there a VegasNow app I can download to log in?

No. There is nothing to install from Apple, Google or an APK file. Use the mobile browser, or save the site to your Home Screen through Safari Share or the Chrome More menu. A page pushing a VegasNow installer is not ours.

Will resetting my password restore a bonus that expired?

No. Bonus funds are valid for seven days from the offer, and a new password does not change that. The promotions area shows what your account can claim now.

Can I sign in just to set a deposit limit or self-exclude?

Yes. Both tools sit inside your account, or ask our support team to set them for you. For confidential help, Gambling Help Online is on 1800 858 858.
