VegasNow registration: open your account the right way

A VegasNow account starts with one short form asking for account details plus your country, currency and date of birth. Those entries are checked again later, at verification and at your first withdrawal, so this page covers the form plus the choices that follow it: currency, payment method, the optional welcome offer and the limits worth setting early. Registration is open to adults aged 18 and over.

Registering with VegasNow: the essentials in one table

Who can open a VegasNow account

Our terms start with three conditions. The holder must be an adult, must act on their own behalf and must give accurate information, and the account may be used only where that is permitted. Seeing Australia and AUD in the drop-down menus tells you what the form supports; it does not settle eligibility by itself. Our licensing page sets out the licence record if you want to read it before going further.

The single-account rule catches more people than you would expect. Under the general terms (v2.3, 20 January 2024) each person holds just one account unless we give an express instruction otherwise. If there is any chance you joined before, perhaps with an old email address, recover that account through the login page or ask support to search for it. A fresh account is not a way around a forgotten password.

Accounts are personal. Opening one for a partner, sharing one between housemates or signing up on behalf of anyone under 18 all breach the terms, and the mismatch usually comes to light when documents are checked.

How to sign up with VegasNow in four steps

1. Open the form

Our Register button leads to the casino site by way of this link. Look at the domain in the address bar before sharing any personal details.

2. Choose Join Now

Fill in each field as your ID shows it. The form is short, so spend an extra minute reading every entry back before moving on.

3. Read the terms

Open the terms offered with the form before you accept them. Note the operating company named there and keep a dated copy or screenshot.

4. Submit once

One press is enough. A second tap on a slow page can leave you unsure which attempt counted, so wait, then look for our welcome email in the inbox you gave.

The flow then lands on our deposit page. You can pay, look over the welcome package or simply close the tab. The account is open whichever you choose.

What each registration field is for, and how it is used later

Every entry on the form has a second life. The right-hand column shows where it turns up again.

FieldWhat to enterWhere you meet it again
Email addressA personal inbox you check oftenThe welcome email, password resets and replies from support
PasswordLong, unique, and different from your email passwordEvery sign-in; it never belongs in a support message
Personal detailsYour name and details exactly as your ID shows themVerification, and matching the name on your payment methods
CountryWhere you actually liveEligibility, and the address on any proof of address
CurrencyAUD suits most Australian playersEvery cashier minimum and maximum is read in it
Date of birthYour real oneThe 18+ check at verification; correcting a typo later means contacting support

A word on the email field. A work address disappears when you change jobs, and a shared family inbox lets someone else read your reset links. Pick an address that is yours alone and likely to last for years, because recovering an account whose inbox has gone is slower than resetting a password.

If the form in front of you shows a field we have not listed, follow its own instruction. The live form is the authority, and support can explain anything unclear before you submit.

Locking down your new account before the first deposit

A new account holds no money yet, which makes this the easiest moment to set it up safely.

  • Let a password manager generate the password. A long random string you never type cannot be reused on another site by accident.
  • Secure the email behind the account. Resets land in that inbox, so it deserves its own strong password and whatever extra sign-in protection your provider offers.
  • Register on your own device. On a shared or work computer, stop the browser from storing your details and sign out afterwards.
  • Keep a short record. The date you joined, the email used and a copy of the accepted terms help if a question comes up months later.
  • Expect imitation messages. New accounts attract texts and emails dressed up as welcome offers. Open promotions from inside your account rather than from a link someone sends.

Nobody on our team needs your password or a one-time code, today or later.

Make sure the sign-up page is a genuine VegasNow page

A fake registration form does more damage than a fake login page, because it can harvest your name, date of birth and address along with a password. Run through these checks before typing:

  1. You arrived through our Register button, not a link in a text, email or direct message.
  2. The domain is spelt exactly right, with no added words, hyphens or swapped letters.
  3. That domain appears on our public Curaçao licence certificate, which lists every domain approved under the licence.
  4. The terms shown with the form name the operating company, and it matches the licence holder, Just Entertainment B.V.
  5. Nothing asks you to install an app or APK to finish signing up. Registration happens entirely in the browser.

If any check fails, leave the page without entering anything. The @vegasnowcasino Instagram profile is a social channel that takes neither registrations nor documents, so keep personal details out of its comments and inbox.

VegasNow verification and KYC after you register

Creating an account and verifying it are different stages. We may request verification at any point after sign-up, including further checks following an earlier review, and the usual moment is just before a first withdrawal. A completed form does not mean every check is done.

Requests and uploads sit in your profile's Documents area once you are signed in, alongside the status of each file. Depending on the request, you might be asked for:

  • an identity document showing your name and date of birth;
  • a picture of the payment card you used, bearing your name;
  • proof of address that matches the details on your account.

The request decides what is needed; there is no universal checklist and no set approval date. A few habits make it smoother:

  • Photograph the whole document in good light, with every corner and line readable.
  • Before photographing a card, ask support which parts of the number to cover.
  • Check that the name on your ID, your account and your payment method is the same name.
  • Treat "uploaded" as step one, not approval. If the status stays put, quote the original request and ask what is missing.

Use the Documents area, or a secure route our support team names, and nothing else.

Currency and payment methods to settle at sign-up

The currency picked on the form is the one every cashier limit is measured in, and your intended method sets the real minimum. Money also comes back by a different set of routes from the ones it goes in by, which is easy to miss until you want to withdraw. The AU cashier as published:

RoutePaying inCashing out
Visa or MastercardYes: from A$30, up to A$10,000Not listed for AU withdrawals
MiFinityYes: from A$30, up to A$4,000Yes: same A$30 floor and A$4,000 ceiling
CashtocodeYes: from A$25, up to A$400Not listed for AU withdrawals
Bank transfer (Inpay, PayAnyBank, Wire)Not listed for AU depositsYes: from A$300, up to A$6,000
Crypto such as USDT, BTC and ETHYes, with a minimum per coinYes, with a range per coin
PayID, POLi or NeosurfNot offeredNot offered

Worked example. You register in AUD and deposit A$45 by card, clear of the A$30 card floor. Under the account terms that A$45 needs A$135 of turnover (3 × A$45) before related funds can be withdrawn. Weeks later the balance stands at A$260. That falls short of the A$300 bank minimum, so the routes to raise with support are MiFinity, from A$30, or a crypto wallet, either one in your own name. Card withdrawals are absent from the AU table, and payouts go back to the method you deposited with when possible, so ask which route suits a card deposit before counting on one.

Bigger balances also meet account caps, counted on UTC calendar periods: per UTC day the cap is A$6,000, weekly A$12,000, monthly A$42,000. The payments page lists per-coin crypto minimums.

The VegasNow welcome offer is a choice, not part of the form

The welcome package greets you on the deposit page right after registration, which can make it look like the next compulsory step. It is optional. The right-hand column shows what a single A$85 deposit would add at each stage, to make the percentages concrete:

StageCodeMatch and capSpinsBonus on A$85
Deposit 1No code150%, cap A$1,500200A$127.50
Deposit 2VEGAS2100%, cap A$2,00050A$85
Deposit 3VEGAS350%, cap A$2,00050A$42.50
Deposit 4VEGAS425%, cap A$2,500200A$21.25

All four stages together come to as much as A$8,000 with 500 spins. The minimum per offer is A$20, though your payment method may set a higher floor. Bonus money and spin winnings each need 40× wagering within seven days; bets are capped at A$8 until that is done; a single offer can pay out no more than A$5,000; and welcome spin winnings top out at A$300. You can run only one bonus at once, and it covers casino and live casino play, not sport. For wagering, pokies count in full (some exceptions apply), roulette counts a quarter, game shows and blackjack count 10% each, and baccarat does not count.

Worked example. A first deposit of A$130 earns the 150% match: A$195 in bonus funds plus 200 free spins. Wagering is 40 × A$195 = A$7,800 within seven days, which at no more than A$8 a bet is at least 975 bets on fully counting pokies. The spins unlock after the A$130 has been wagered once. Spin winnings stop at A$300 and carry their own 40×, so a full A$300 would need a further A$12,000 of wagering.

Prefer a deposit without those strings? Declining a bonus is allowed under our general terms; do it at the deposit step and make a note. The welcome bonus page covers each stage.

If VegasNow registration stalls before confirmation

Most stalled sign-ups stop at one of five points. Work out which before trying again, because a repeat attempt can produce a duplicate account, and untangling two records takes far longer than one careful check.

Where it stoppedWhat to do
A field refuses your entryRead the note beside that field and fix the format, rather than resubmitting the whole form over and over.
The form indicates the email is already registeredYou may have joined before. Try Forgot Password on the sign-in screen with that address.
Submitted, but no welcome emailSearch spam and filtered folders in the inbox you used, and note the submission time.
Unsure whether the account existsAsk support to check before registering again with any address.
The page will not loadNote the address and the point where it stops, then try a plain browser tab.

When you contact support, stick to facts: "I completed Join Now at [time, time zone] with [email]. After submitting I saw [exact message] and a welcome email [has / has not] arrived. Could you confirm whether an account was created, and if so, how I should continue?" Live chat and support@vegasnow.com both work for this; your password stays out of it.

Limits to set while your VegasNow account is new

Limits are easier to choose before there is a balance to think about. Deposit limits and self-exclusion are built into the account, and our support team will set either for you if you ask.

One straightforward approach: settle on the amount you are comfortable spending on entertainment, for example A$350, and enter it as your deposit limit, over whichever period the settings offer that suits you, before the first deposit. A number chosen in advance is not being decided mid-session. If you later want a longer break, self-exclusion covers it; ask support to confirm its scope and the date it takes effect.

BetStop, Australia's national self-exclusion register, applies to wagering providers holding Australian licences. VegasNow is licensed in Curaçao, so any exclusion you want here must be set in your VegasNow account. If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, Gambling Help Online is free and confidential on 1800 858 858, and our responsible gambling page describes each tool.

Sign-up slips that surface at your first VegasNow withdrawal

The form takes minutes. Its consequences arrive weeks later, usually when documents are checked or money is heading out. Slow down for these:

  • A nickname instead of your legal name. Kate on the account and Katherine on your driver licence is a mismatch you will have to explain.
  • A partner's or parent's card. Payment methods must carry the account holder's name, whoever pays the bill.
  • A date-of-birth typo. Verification compares it with your ID, and fixing it afterwards goes through support.
  • An email you rarely open. Reset links, document requests and support replies all go there.
  • A second account "to start fresh". One per person is the rule.
  • Ignoring the way out. Choosing a deposit method without checking how money comes back can leave a balance under the A$300 bank minimum with no plan.
  • Betting more than A$8 straight away with the welcome bonus active. The ceiling applies from the first round.
  • Hunting for an app store download. There is none; a Home Screen shortcut from Safari or Chrome does the same job.

Questions about opening a VegasNow account

Do I need a promo code to register with VegasNow?

No. Neither registration nor the first-deposit offer needs a code. Codes only come in at the second, third and fourth deposits: VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4.

Do I have to deposit as soon as I sign up?

No. The flow ends on our deposit page, but your account is open whether you pay or not. Deposit once you have chosen an amount and a method in your own name.

How much must my first deposit be to get the welcome match?

The offer itself asks for A$20, but the method's own floor sits on top: card and MiFinity both start at A$30 and Cashtocode at A$25, while crypto has a minimum for each coin.

Can I open an account for my partner, or share mine?

No. Every account is for one adult, opened for themselves, and payment methods must be in the holder's name. Shared or proxy accounts break the terms and tend to surface at verification.

I typed my date of birth wrong. What should I do?

Tell support through live chat or support@vegasnow.com and explain the mistake. Do not open a second account with corrected details; support will explain how the existing record can be fixed.

Which documents might VegasNow ask for?

That depends on the request. Typical examples are proof of identity, proof of address and a picture of a card that carries your name. Upload them through the Documents area and check their status afterwards.

Does registration work on a mobile?

Yes. Safari and Chrome both handle the form, and there is nothing to install from an app store or as an APK. After joining, a Home Screen shortcut gives you one-tap access to the same account.

Who is the operator behind my new account?

Just Entertainment B.V., company 160603 on the Curaçao register. Its Curaçao Gaming Authority licence carries the number OGL/2024/164/0246 and dates from 13 August 2024. Save the terms you accept at sign-up.

Can I keep my account in Australian dollars?

Yes. Australia and AUD both appear in the registration menus, and AUD keeps cashier limits easy to read. The currency option alone does not settle eligibility; you still need to meet our terms, including being 18 or over.

Can I use PayID or POLi once I have registered?

No. None of PayID, POLi or Neosurf appears in the AU cashier. You can deposit by card, MiFinity, Cashtocode or one of the supported cryptocurrencies.
