How to use the information on our pages
We keep our guides in line with our published documents, but offers, payment methods and game line-ups change, and what one account sees may differ from another. Check the live terms on vegasnow.com before you deposit or opt in to a promotion.
Worked examples show the arithmetic of a rule, nothing more. A page might note that an A$130 third deposit at 50% adds A$65 in bonus funds, which means A$2,600 of play at 40×. That shows how the condition works, not what you will win or lose.

Who may use VegasNow: age and location
The company behind VegasNow is Just Entertainment B.V., number 160603 on the Curaçao register. Since 13 August 2024 it has held licence OGL/2024/164/0246, which the regulator currently shows as active. Our licensing page explains how to read that record.

The VegasNow documents behind your account
The casino's rules sit on vegasnow.com, linked from its footer:
- General Terms and Conditions (v2.3), which carry the date 20 January 2024;
- bonus rules, meaning each promotion's conditions plus the general bonus terms (26 February 2024);
- the VegasNow privacy policy.
Four rules come up often. You can only pay with methods registered to you, deposits carry a 3× turnover requirement ahead of any withdrawal, bonuses run one at a time, and the casino can ask for verification documents. Our bonus pages and withdrawals guide go into each.
